The Dye Course at Barefoot Resort and Golf is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Resort is directly behind Barefoot Landing. Barefoot Landing offers guest shopping, dining, and entertainment. Players will leave all the hustle and bustle of the city after crossing the swing bridge into the resort. Barefoot Resort offers four amazing golf courses. The courses are always well maintained and have great layouts. The courses are designed by some of the best in the business. Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye are the designers.

The Dye Course, located at the Dye Club is the only semi-private course at Barefoot Resort. It offers up all the characteristics of a true Pete Dye design. It is a test to any level golfer. Missing the greens can be treacherous. There are pitfalls that guard the greens. These will give players a hard time if they are not accurate. The Dye Course also has plenty of natural waste areas. Well-placed hazards and waste areas will make the player think twice before hitting their approach and tee shots. They offer 5 sets of tees. Make sure to play the appropriate set for your game and the Dye Course will be an unforgettable round.

Barefoot Resort and Golf was the site of the Big Break Myrtle Beach. After stepping foot on the grounds, you will see why the Golf Channel chose it. The Dye Course at Barefoot is unique with a fun but challenging layout. The course offers different elevations and plenty of bunkers.  Make sure to be accurate off the tee box so you will have easier approach shots. The greens are Champion Ultradwarf Bermuda Grass and roll smooth. They are a joy to putt on.
