Leopards Chase Golf Links is located in Ocean Ridge Plantation. Ocean Ridge Plantation is situated directly off Highway 17 in Sunset Beach, NC. Sunset Beach offers visitors a relaxing beach atmosphere with plenty of local attractions and restaurants. It is just a short drive from downtown historic Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. Tim Cate designed Leopards Chase using as much of the natural coastal terrain as possible. Waste areas guard fairways and greens making accuracy important. Players will also have to traverse many natural areas with grasses and wetlands. Leopards Chase was designed to asthecially please the golfers eye. There are beautiful water features throughout the golf course. The 18th hole may be one of the most beautiful on the Grand Strand. It has an elevated green that is guarded by a man made waterfall that has 1,600 gallons of water flowing over coquina boulders every minute.
Leopards Chase has a layout that is playable but also challenging. Picking the suitable tee box is the right place to start.
